1. Payment Terms o All pre-orders are payable upfront and subject to availability. o Orders will only be processed once proof of payment has been received. o If a product is sold out by the time orders are places you will be given the option of receiving a full refund or to replace your order with a similar product of the same value if available.
2. Order Schedule o Orders are placed on the 15th and 30th of each month. o Please ensure payment is made and proof submitted before these dates to avoid delays.
3. Delivery Time o Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 weeks from the order date add an extra week for customised items. o Delays may occur due to supplier or courier constraints, and customers will be notified accordingly.
4. Collection & Delivery o Pick-up in Caledon unless prior arrangements have been made. o PUDO (door to door) is available upon request, at the buyer’s expense.
5. Cancellations & Refunds o Once an order has been placed and payment confirmed, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted. o Please make sure all order details are correct before confirming. o Please report any defective products within 7 days of receiving ‘delivered’ notification.
